01The problem
Your systems know what happened. Your team still has to figure out what to do.
Events live in five tools. Context lives in people's heads. Follow-up lives in chat threads. Zentra brings them into one place, with one shape.

Five formats, five clocks, no shared context. One timestamp format, one event shape, one place to look.
02Operating model
From signal to action, in five stages.
Detect what matters, understand why, decide what should happen, coordinate the response, and verify the outcome.
What happened?
Event arrives.

03Inspect a signal
Follow one signal through every layer.
Choose a sample signal and step through what happened, why it matters, the context, the decision, the action and the outcome.
Select a signal, then inspect each layer.

05How it works
Connect, observe, interpret, orchestrate, verify. Each step goes a layer deeper.
- L1
Connect
Bring in the systems you already run through webhooks, an events API, and connectors as they become available.

Observe
Normalise every event to one shape and identify which ones are signals worth attention.

Interpret
Gather related records, history and owners, then propose an interpretation with its evidence attached.

06Use cases
Scenarios, not slogans.
Each scenario shows a trigger, its context, the action taken and the verified outcome. These are sample workflows, not customer stories.
SLA Risk
Sample operational scenarioWork approaches a deadline and nobody has noticed which item is actually at risk.

08Security and control
Automation needs control.
Zentra is designed so automation runs inside limits you define, and every action is recorded. Controls are described honestly: what is designed, and what is planned.
Each workspace is a boundary for data, configuration and access.

Zentra is an operational intelligence and workflow orchestration platform. It turns business events into signals, adds context, proposes a decision, coordinates the workflow and verifies the outcome. ZentraOps is the flagship product.
Events arrive from your systems. Zentra identifies which ones matter, gathers related context, evaluates policy, runs a workflow, and checks whether the issue was resolved. Every step is recorded.
Zentra is designed to connect through webhooks, an events API and connectors. Systems shown on this site are illustrative examples. Available connectors will be listed on the Integrations page as they ship.
Only within rules you set. Policies decide whether an action runs automatically, requires review or approval, or is blocked.
Yes. Approval steps are part of the workflow and policy model. A run waits for the approver and the decision is written to the audit log.
The AI layer summarises related records, interprets signals and proposes actions. Each insight states what was observed, why it matters, the supporting context and the suggested action. It acts only inside policy.
Access is designed around workspaces, roles and groups, with actions recorded in an audit log. Details are on the Security page.
Plans combine a subscription with usage across events, workflow executions, AI processing, integrations, seats and governance. Commercial pricing has not been published yet.
The developer experience is designed around an events API, webhooks, workflow triggers and API keys. The examples on this site are illustrative and are not connected to a live service.
That is the design intent: versioned workflows, policy modes, approvals, audit history, retention settings and role-based access.
Sample data is used throughout this site.
